Analyse Software Requirements
Having a documented list of all your requirements is an essential step in selecting the correct software for your business. We will support key users within your business to help them identify and prioritise all the requirements. These will be used throughout the project to ensure a solution is delivered to meet the needs of your business.

Software Vendor Research
The full list of prioritised requirements form the basis of a full detailed specification that is sent to a shortlist of vendors. The vendors are selected based upon their experience on delivering similar size solutions within your sector.

Evaluate Vendor Responses
Shortlisted vendors are asked to respond to the specification document and provide information detailing how their solution can meet your business requirements, the cost on meeting them and their methodology in delivering the project.

Software Demonstrations
The most suitable vendors are invited to present a product demonstration following a structured demonstration agenda so they can show how they will handle your key requirements. This also enables you to compare all demonstrations equally.

Software Selection Decision
Prior to the demonstrations we will create a scoring matrix that will enable you to evaluate each vendor based upon the fit to your key requirements. This will enable you to narrow the list down to one or two vendors, do your due diligence and then finally confirm your final decision.

Software Contract Negotiation
Most software contracts are written by the software vendor. We can support you in the commercial negotiations to help protect your interests and save you money.
