Leadership & Management Programme
If you are looking to grow your business then Digital Pace is offering a Leadership and Management mentoring programme that is aimed at helping you to achieve your business objectives.
The programme consists of one to one business mentoring over a 6 to 9 month period along with telephone and email support. The objective of the meetings are to provide you with the opportunity to think strategically about your business, set objectives and to plan how you will achieve these aims. The mentor will analyse four main areas of the business, namely People, Customers, Processes and Financial and compare against their best practice knowledge to challenge and question your ways of working.
- People – to enhance the quality of leadership within you and within the company and to create a culture of learning and innovation
- Customers – to achieve your vision of how you want to be perceived by your customers
- Processes – to improve your processes in the delivery of your services and create efficiencies
- Financial – to add value for your customers while controlling costs
From the mentor meetings you will feel more motivated and confident that your business in moving in the right direction and their guidance and encouragement will allow you to explore new ideas and identify new opportunities.
